  • What does it mean if you are CSA certified?

    The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® is the leading certification for professionals serving older adults, and is a designation awarded to qualified individuals. Earning the CSA certification requires individuals to pass a rigorous exam and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors. CSAs are multidisciplinary professionals who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in the multiple processes of aging. Advantage Retirement Services is one of a few thousand professionals across the U.S. are currently certified and meet all criteria for holding the CSA designation.

  • I started a position at a new company, where can I find information on 401(k) rollover?

    Congratulations on your new position! Our guide offers valuable information on the rollover process.  It provides valuable information to  show you how to roll over your retirement savings accounts and avoid unnecessary taxes, penalties, and fees. Whether you have a 401(k), pension, 403(b) or IRA.  Once you determine if a rollover is in your future, we can create a plan you need to reach your retirement goals.

  • Does Advantage Retirement work with clients outside of Springfield, Missouri?

    We work with clients locally in Springfield, Missouri, and the surrounding Missouri and Arkansas areas including Branson, Missouri, The Ozarks, Rogers, Arkansas, Bentonville, Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and more.     Yes, we do! We would be happy to set up a complimentary consultation to introduce ourselves to your family or friends and walk them through our comprehensive process and available services. Please complete our Referral Connection form and one of our professionals will be in contact.

  • Can I schedule and conduct the complimentary consultation over the phone?

    You can call our office at 417.893.7233 to schedule an appointment over the phone. We seek to build a long-term relationship with each of our clients and prefer to conduct in-office consultation. However, we understand that you may not be able to come into our office so we can arrange for an over-the-phone consultation.  

  • Can I attend a seminar if I am not a client with Advantage Retirement?

    Our seminars are open to the public and can be attended by anyone in our community. You are also welcome to bring an additional guest to these events. Check out our events page for a complete list of our upcoming events and how to RSVP. Please note that events take place throughout southern Missouri and northern parts of Arkansas.  Event locations may not always be held in the same location or discuss the same topic.

  • What is the cost to attend a seminar hosted by Advantage Retirement?
